30-Day Return Window (US Orders Only)
We offer a 30-day return window for most products from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within this period.
Please note: Returns are only available for orders shipped to US addresses. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Excluded Products (Non-Returnable)
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
Custom & Handmade Products: All custom-made and handmade items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. As these products are crafted specifically to order, they are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Personal Care & Hygiene Products:
- Baby shampoos, body washes, and bath products
- Baby balms, creams, and ointments (including diaper rash cream, moisture creams, eczema creams)
- Sunscreen products
- Lotions, moisturizers, and oils
- Hair care products (conditioners, styling products, hair rinse products)
- Cleansing waters and micellar waters
- Liquid soaps
Food & Consumables:
- Organic baby food and toddler meals
- Any opened or partially consumed food items
Jewelry:
- All Jewelry are not returnable
Watches:
- All Watches are not returnable
Additional Exclusions:
- Products showing signs of wear or use
- Items not in original packaging
- Products missing tags or labels
How to Initiate a Return
If your item qualifies for a return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@bigfrenchies.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization if approved
Restocking Fee A restocking fee may apply to certain eligible returns at our discretion. If applicable, the fee will be communicated upon return authorization and deducted from your refund total.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
